I've taught English since 1989. That year I founded Master Language Center, running it 15+ years with a team of 20+ teachers – among the first to bring corporate English training to Bulgaria, before "business English" was a category.
Since 1998 I've trained CEOs, GMs and hundreds of professionals at companies including P&G, Wrigley, Shell Bulgaria, Orbico, Dell, Mars and KI Technology.
What I've noticed: capable professionals hold their English to the same bar as their expertise. When it falls short, they read it as a reflection on competence, not level – so they hesitate and undersell what they know.
Mentoring shifts that: English becomes a tool for the job, not a measure of how sharp you are.

Business English Grammar
Some employees don't feel confident that their English is “correct enough” to use in front of a client or a boardroom. So their overall performance suffers.
This one-month intensive is built around accuracy – real improvement in the grammar that matters for work, with Thursday's live room dedicated entirely to it. It also includes the Tuesday Fluency session, giving extra speaking practice and repetition, so the grammar moves from theory into automatic use.
I don't promise fluency in a month. I promise your people will speak with less hesitation by the end of it.

A local office of a multinational company: language coaching for almost the entire team, over 4 years, everyone finished.
A large national company: groups of 35+ people, training for nearly a year – the only two who didn't finish left their jobs at the company.
Another local office of a British company: 8 of the original 15 are still with me nearly 4 years on, and the groups have stayed almost full the whole way through, as people who moved on were replaced by new joiners who have settled in just as well.

MOST COMMON QUESTIONS
What's the difference between the ready-built programmes and Confident English for Teams?
Business English Speaking and Business English Grammar are ready-built and evergreen – no tailoring, so there's no lead time before your team can start. Confident English for Teams is designed from scratch for your people after a short conversation about what they actually need, which is why it costs more and takes time to set up.
Our team has mixed levels – does that matter?
For the ready-built programmes, yes – they're built for around Intermediate level A2/B1, and group people who are reasonably close together language-wise.
If your team spans several levels, Confident English for Teams is built per level-group specifically for that: each group gets its own tailored curriculum, priced separately. That includes even beginners, should you have any.
Will our employees be training alongside people from other companies?
Yes – the weekly Live sessions are shared rooms, also used by other students. They always work in pairs and change partners once or twice during each session, and they get my feedback – but it's worth knowing before you enrol them.
How do we pay?
By invoice and bank transfer. I don't process card payments for corporate accounts. Licence seats are released once payment clears.
Do your prices include VAT?
The prices we quote on this website don't include VAT. Your final quote will show the total price with VAT included, ready for invoicing.
What happens if an employee leaves partway through?
We handle this case by case – get in touch and we'll agree the fairest option together. Often that means bringing in a replacement: I personally interview anyone joining an existing group, so they're a proper fit and can catch up without disrupting the rest of the team. Where that's not practical, I add extra sessions for your team instead, as compensation.
There's no refund on any of the programmes, and Confident English for Teams is prepaid in full – but you won't be left short-changed.
Do you offer discounts for larger teams?
Yes, on all three programmes. Tell me your headcount and I'll include the details in your quote.
What do employees walk away with?
A final test and a certificate of completion on Business English Speaking and Business English Grammar. On Confident English for Teams, the closing deliverable is agreed as part of your tailored programme design.
What results can we realistically expect?
Business English Speaking builds speaking confidence, not new grammar.
Business English Grammar gives your people the grammar they need to stop hesitating – real, visible improvement in a month, not full fluency – a month isn't enough for that, and I won't pretend otherwise.
Confident English for Teams is designed around the outcome you actually need, so I agree every detail with you in advance.
